We want your experience at Ginn G to be the absolute best! We hope you love everything you order but we know that sometimes items can fit different than we had expected. For that reason, we try to make returns as simple as possible. - We accept returns for store credit only within 14 calendar days from the date you placed your order.
- Anything purchased at a discounted price of 25% off or more is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
- Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or can not be returned. Please email us at email@example.com with images of your item.
- Returns must be received unwashed, unworn and in new condition. If the item arrives with tags on it the item must be returned with original tags still attached
- Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional, protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box makes the shoes ineligible for returns. In this case, the shoes will be shipped back to you and you are subject to the return shipping costs.
- Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost.
- Original shipping is not refundable.
- Store Credit is processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and the credit has been issued to your account. You will be given a code to use at checkout to utilize your credit.
- Due to photography & lighting, patterns & colors may vary. These do not qualify as defects. We try to ensure the pattern & colors are altered as little as possible.

How do I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make any changes to your order, please chat with us or email us immediately after making your purchase. We are available Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM-5:00 pm CST. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to modify the contents of your order. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.
How do I know if my order was placed?
Once you have completed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
